Does the Light Therapy Panel emit heat?

Red Light Therapy is a form of photobiomodulation and is usually designated non-heat generating. However, the lower wavelengths in form of NIR emit a certain amount of heat when the effect is sufficient. You can experience this as some warmth from the light therapy. The panel itself may even emit a certain amount of warmth due to the electrical components.
