Hello, and welcome to Nutrilights delivery and payment terms! These terms are important and includes your rights as a customer with us at Nutrilight. We kindly ask you to carefully read through the conditions along with our privacy policy. Enjoy your reading!


Thank you for choosing Verduro Light Therapy AB, registration number 559377-3806 (below Nutrilight), as the supplier of your new RLT product! These purchase terms apply to all purchases made on Nutrilight’s website ( or on orders placed via email/phone.

When making a purchase from Nutrilight, as a consumer (a physical person who is acting for purposes unrelated to a trade or business), you are bound by the purchase and delivery terms described below.

Nutrilight complies with applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

The products or services available on Nutrilight’s website at a given time do not guarantee that these products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or service at any time.

We reserve the right to modify these purchase terms without notifying the consumer. The version of the terms that is most recently published is also the applicable version. We encourage our customers to stay updated on the purchase terms continuously.

We at Nutrilight strive for high-quality products and superior customer service. We are confident in the effectiveness of our red light products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Limitations of Responsibility:
  • The guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from Nutrilight (not through resellers).
  • Claims on the guarantee must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • For the guarantee to be valid, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
  • As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping. Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery. If the item is damaged or lost when you return it, you, as the customer, are financially responsible.
Application for the Guarantee: Contact our customer service at with your reason for dissatisfaction. We may request further information to process your claim.
Actions after Claim:
  • If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address.
  • We will refund the entire order amount as soon as the return reaches us.

Exceptions to the Guarantee:

  • The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, abuse, or modification. Normal wear and tear and aging are not included.
Changes to the Terms:
Nutrilight may change or terminate the guarantee with reasonable notice. Any changes will be published on our website and will not affect previously issued warranties.
This guarantee is effective from October 9, 2023, and is part of our general terms and conditions.

Payment is made through Klarna Checkout, so you as a customer can have complete confidence in your payment. We do not store any information about your card details. All card or payment information is encrypted and handled directly through Klarna Checkout. You can pay for your products using methods such as credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express), invoice, or monthly payment.

As soon as you place your order, the items are shipped, regardless of how you have chosen to set up your payment in Klarna.

Refund                                                                                                In the case of a return, exchange, or complaint, the item needs to be sent back to us in its original condition. As soon as we receive the item and any necessary inspection is completed, we will issue a refund to you through Klarna Checkout. We always work as quickly as we can to process your refund, and we refer to distance selling regulations, which stipulate that refunds should be made within 30 days from the day the item was received.


If you purchase an item from Nutrilight, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date the item arrives at your pickup location, as per the Distance and Home Sales Act. If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you must email us at with ‘Ångerrätt’ (Right of Withdrawal) in the subject line.

To receive the fastest assistance from Nutrilight, we recommend emailing us as instructed above, but you can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s withdrawal form, which you can find here: link to withdrawal form.

The right of withdrawal only applies as long as the item is intact, in an unopened package, with all tags still attached, and has been returned to us in its original condition. Please ensure you pack the item securely for the shipment. Nutrilight will refund you within 30 days from the date we receive the item.

As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping. Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery. If the item is damaged or lost when you return it, you, as the customer, are financially responsible.

Complaint                                                                                           If your item is defective or damaged, always send an email first to and explain what is wrong. We will provide you with further instructions so that we can quickly address the issue that has occurred.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 14 days from the date the package arrives at your pickup location. When returning a defective or damaged item and any replacement item, Nutrilight will cover the shipping cost. Please ensure the item is well-packaged for the return; if the item is damaged or lost when you return it, you, as the customer, are financially responsible.


Shipping Costs                                                                                      Shipping charges depend on the destination. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us at, and we will assist you with that.

Delivery Time                                                                                Our goal is always to deliver as quickly as possible. Items in stock are shipped within 1-3 working days. If a different delivery time is applicable, you can find that information on the respective product’s information page.

Delivery Information                                                                     We send all our packages using Mailbox, which uses various courier services such as UPS, DHL, Postnord, and more. As a customer, you will pick up your package at the nearest agent. When the package is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via SMS. Therefore, it is crucial to provide the correct phone number.

Unclaimed Packages                                                                     The package will be held at your agent’s location for two weeks. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned. Customers will be charged 400 SEK for unclaimed packages to cover packaging costs, shipping fees, and return handling.

In order for you as a customer to make a purchase, we need to collect personal data. Personal data refers to all kinds of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a living individual. The information provided during registration is processed by Nutrilight. You have the right to request an extract of the information registered about you once a year. If any information is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, we will, of course, correct it if you notify us. You can also request to have your data deleted. Nutrilight only uses the data for the fulfillment of the agreement and does not sell the personal data to third parties.
